Shipping policy
Our products are made only upon orders. We do not stock up. Once you place your order, we promise to get it delivered at the earliest.
All purchases are shipped from our office in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow a following number of days from receipt of your order:
- 3-4 business days for domestic delivery
- 14-21 business days for international delivery (PS: international deliveries maybe subject to customers duties that the customer will have to pay to receive the package. We only charge shipping fee and not customs)
International shipments as per actuals shown on the website and customs duty has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Saturday and Sundays are not included in business days.
Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Happy Aura takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for the completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at the time of placing the order.
Happy Aura is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
