Refund policy
At HAPPY AURA, your happiness and satisfaction are our highest priority!
We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for certain reasons, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 4 days from the date of receipt. Simply contact us and return the products to our address. However, shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservative and hygiene concerns. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products. HAPPY AURA is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product has been consumed more than 70%
- An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage or damaged / incorrect product, has to be made.

- The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners. Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 4-7 working days.
- A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.
- If your refund is approved, it may take 7-15 days for it to be credited to your account by HAPPY AURA.
- Once the refund is initiated, HAPPY AURA will send all of the facts, including necessary screenshots and the transaction id.
- Because our products include active natural extracts and components, damages resulting from misuse, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered by this policy. This also does not cover the consequences of specific sensitivities to a product/ingredient, and you should conduct a patch test as recommended in each product.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from the warehouses. If your order is cancelled, you will be charged a 2.5% gateway fee.
A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 7-15 days of cancellation acceptance.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from the warehouses, and a fee of Rs.75 will be charged once the order has been shipped and returned to the seller (prepaid orders).
